Main responsibilities
- You ensure correct and complete processing of incoming invoices and credits
- You check and pre-configure invoices and credits in accordance with applicable accounting policies
- When cleaning the open positions, you support the team and ensure a smooth process
- You process reminders reliably and keep the overview
- You maintain the creditor master data and take over the deputy in the debtor master data
- Further tasks assigned by the supervisor you take on independently
- As a committed team member, you ensure mutual representation Profile:
- You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification
- You ideally bring experience in accounting payable
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing distinguish you; Other languages are a plus
