In order to strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which offers our clients high-level services in the management of benefits, we are looking for a Care Manager (h/f/x) at 80-100% for the German region, which will join the Care Management service within the Department of Planning and Personal Insurance (PAP). The various missions that await you:

• Conduct courtesy visits in the area of loss of sickness gain
• Negotiate to get parties to adopt a consensual solution to allow for a quick return to the labour market in cases where the absence relates to the workplace
• Contact the various stakeholders (employer, unemployment, AI, etc.) and coordinate actions to achieve a triple win result (employer – employee – insurer)
• Negotiate with lawyers, unions, and/or insurers What makes you unique:
• Federal legal training or patent in insurance
• Confirmed professional experience in the field of personal insurance
• Ideally, experience in labour law and/or mediation
• Perfect oral and written mastery of French (English and German an asset)
