Your responsibilities

• You assess claims for payment guarantees for stays in rehabilitation clinics and psychiatric hospitals based on medical criteria and health insurance guidelines.
• You bring your nursing expertise to address complex issues and help make informed and responsive decisions.
• You advise acute care hospitals, general practitioners and insured persons in the choice of appropriate rehabilitation facilities.
• You are the preferred contact point for suppliers and service providers for any questions relating to the coordination and integration of treatment.
• You participate in projects and working groups and make full use of your field experience.

Your profile

• You are an ES/HES graduate nurse or have equivalent training.
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in acute care hospitals, rehabilitation, psychiatry or case or care management.
• You want to put your clinical knowledge into practice in a new working environment and assess medical situations in their entirety.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of health insurance are strongly sought.
• You communicate professionally, negotiate with skill and show confidence.
• You have very good language skills in French and German (B2 level); Mastering Italian is an asset.
