Description of the post: In your new duties, your missions have an impact on the quality of care for residents.

Your role will include

• Work within the two services of EMS (geriatrics and psycho-geriatrics)
• Support a group of residents by stimulating their autonomy or if necessary by replacing their needs according to their level of dependency
• Ensure personalized support
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team
• Transmit and retransmit its observations in a targeted and relevant manner in the resident's computerized file Profile required: We are convinced of your rapid success in your future functions through your:
• Interest in the care of the elderly and/or dependent and/or with cognitive impairment
• Patience, empathy, active listening, high verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Good physical and psychological resistance
