Main responsibilities

Key requirements
- You have basic training (AFC) in the electrical sector, ideally complemented by higher education (SS/SUP) or a federal diploma (controller or mastery).
- Leader empatico con mentalità imprenditoriale, passione per lo sviluppo del personale e forte motivazione in contesti esigenti. Vanti esperienza in conduzione o nella gestione di progetti.
- Possiedi una formazione di base (AFC) nel settore elettrico, idealmente completata da studi superiori (SS / SUP) o da un diploma federale (controllore o maestria).
- Formazioni in leadership, project management, economia aziendale, sicurezza sul lavoro o certificazione di formatore completano il tuo profilo.
- Hai spiccate doti comunicative, sei determinato/a, possiedi un'ottima conoscenza dell'italiano (livello C2) e conosci bene il tedesco (livello B1).
