• Supervise a team of around 28 people: support them in their professional and technical development and the management of successions of the CFF infrastructure.
• Adopt motivating and professional leadership: you establish a climate of trust and promote collective performance.
• Effectively manage the maintenance of the railway and sub-projects while respecting the safety, economic and quality requirements of the CFF.
• Ensure the availability of human and material resources necessary for the construction, maintenance and resolution of incidents on our railway infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational indicators and be responsible for the performance of your team.
• Detect and conduct optimizations: you propose improvements, implement them and mobilize your team around new ideas. What you bring.

• You have a global vision of the company and strong relational and technical skills: you know how to inspire, coach and guide your team towards the set objectives.
• You promote transparency on a daily basis: you communicate with confidence and presence.

• You have a CFC or confirmed experience in a technical railway field. Training in personnel management (e.g. federally recognized leadership specialist, technical salesperson, public transport specialist) is an asset - or you are prepared to complete it within the next two years. - You have good IT skills (Office 365, SAP) and a category B driving license essential.
