Background
As part of the growth of its Business Line Data & AI in Switzerland, Talan is looking for a high-potential profile capable of actively contributing to the development of its Data & IA consulting and transformation business.
Linked directly to the Director of the Business Line, you will play a central role in the development of offers, pre-sales activities, the relationship with decision-makers and the structuring of business growth in French-speaking Switzerland.

- Identify and develop opportunities with existing accounts.

- Identify the strategic issues facing organizations and build appropriate value proposals.
- Pilot complex pre-sales and responses to tenders.
- Contribute directly to the business objectives of the Business Line.
- Participate in advocacy and negotiations with business decision-makers and IT.
- Develop and maintain a professional network in French-speaking Switzerland. Development of offers
- Participate in the structuring and evolution of the Data & AI offer portfolio.
- Identify market trends and emerging customer expectations.
- Contribute to the creation of new value proposals around topics: Data Strategy Modern Data Platforms Artificial Intelligence & GenAI Data Governance Data Transformation
- Produce high-value content to support Talan's positioning on the market. Representation and outreach
- Represent Talan at conferences, events and round tables.

- Contribute to the dissemination of Talan's Data & AI expertise among policy makers. Training and experience
- Experience with C-Level decision-makers, Trades Directorate or IT Directorate.
- You have an excellent understanding of the issues related to: artificial intelligence and general AI; the transformation of organizations;
- You are not necessarily a technical expert, but you understand enough the topics to: dialogue with experts;
