The Directorate of Real Estate and Land (DIF) analyses and meets the housing needs of the cantonal administration of Vaudoise (ACV), manages and optimizes rental income, and ensures the operation, maintenance, security and insurance of buildings. It also administers real estate assets and conducts land transactions. Within the operating unit, under the supervision of a concierge chief, you conduct the operation of several buildings and take appropriate measures to ensure optimum use of premises and infrastructure.

• Contribute to the coordination of space cleaning and maintenance of facilities (heating, ventilation, sanitation, electricity, etc.)
• Sort waste according to the guidelines and participate in the management of waste disposal and recycling

• CFC as an operating agent or a trade in construction
• Professional experience of 4 years minimum in a professional concierge service
• Rigueur, availability and effective and rigorous management of the inherent contingencies
• Good knowledge of the technical maintenance and maintenance of buildings
• Good command of French in oral and written language
• Driving licence
