- Provide operational and functional responsibility for several applications.
- Be the preferred contact point for Front-Office , Back Office , Accounting and external suppliers users for all applications related issues under your responsibility.
- Ensure the availability, stability and performance of applications by ensuring daily monitoring of production, incident management and coordination of corrective actions.
- Piloting the functional evolution of applications: gathering and analysing needs, drafting specifications, coordinating developments, organizing tests and accompanying change.
