The Legal Service guides the company and its staff through the legal and regulatory framework and guarantees the legal integrity of the SSR.

Shipments

As part of the Legal Service team, you assume the following responsibilities:

• advice on drafting of media law;
• drafting of responses to complaints intended for the Independent Appeal Authority on Radio and Television and the Press Council;
• management of procedures under the law on the principle of transparency of administration;
• management of the company's litigation dossiers, where appropriate in consultation with external agents;
• legal accompaniment of technological projects of the company that involve the processing of personal data;
• elaboration of contracts, legal opinions, internal notes and other documents relating to the areas of activity concerned.

Requirements

• You are the owner of a patent of lawyer or lawyer, with a minimum experience of 2 years in a company or in a law firm in the legal areas mentioned above.
• You're a French native speaker. You have excellent knowledge of German, written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian and English is an advantage.
• You are an open minded person, dynamic and resilient, with strong communication skills, and you can interact with disinvolvement with interlocutors and interlocutors very different from each other.
• You love pragmatic and solutions-oriented work; you have analytical, editorial and conceptual skills, and you know how to negotiate with skill and determination.
• Demonstrate team spirit and appreciate a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to work while demonstrating interest in the different language regions of Switzerland.
