The legal service of SRG guides the company and its employees safely through the legislation and regulations and ensures the legal integrity of the company.

This is your contribution.

In the legal service you take on the following tasks

• Advising editors on media law issues
• Drafting opinions for the Radio and Television Independent Appeal Body and the Press Council
• Accompanying proceedings under the Publicity Act
• Processing of the company’s legal disputes, if necessary in coordination with external contractors:
• Accompaniment of technology projects of the company that require the processing of personal data
• Preparation of contracts, legal opinions, internal notes and other documents related to the relevant business lines

• You have a law patent and have at least two years of experience in a company or law firm in the above legal areas.
• Mother tongue French, very good written and oral German skills, Italian and English skills are advantageous.
• They are open-minded, dynamic and resilient, have strong communication skills and can easily deal with a wide range of stakeholders.
• They work pragmatically and solution-oriented, have analytical, editorial and conceptual skills and negotiate skillfully and purposefully.
• They are capable of teamwork, value a cooperative and interdisciplinary way of working and are interested in the different language regions of Switzerland.
