CRS Health Assistant at 80-100%

Your tasks

• Ensuring the comfort and well-being of guests on a daily basis
• Conduct hygiene and comfort care in collaboration with nurses and ASSC
• Promote autonomy and contribute to the quality of life by offering our guests adapted activities
• Participate in care reports and transmit important observations
• Writing care notes in our CareCoach care documentation system (available for mobility with the CareCoach smartphone)
• Assist in logistics and household activities

Your profile

• Have completed a CRS care course and a long-term care internship.
• Professional experience in geriatric or psychogeriatric care for several years is an asset
• Listening, caring and team spirit
• Motivation to work in a human and stimulating environment
• Good oral and written knowledge of French
