The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital, which brings together more than 2,500 collaborators. Rennaz Hospital has over 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics and two medical clinics. To complete our admissions team, on the Rennaz site, we are looking for a:

Receptionist-Admissionist M/F 90%

The main tasks of this post are

• Reception, administrative care and patient guidance
• Manage the patient's admission (registration): to collect and verify his/her personal and securological documents and information, to ensure correct data entry into the computer system (administrative records of the patient), to ensure the complete reliability of administrative data according to current standards (FHV, SwissDRG, conventions, etc.), to request a financial advance if necessary
• Respond to enquiries and manage internal and external telephone calls
• Carry out administrative tasks inherent in the management of patients and the proper functioning of the service.

We ask

• An EFA or an equivalent
• A relational sense (empathy, active listening, service orientation)
• A developed sense of organisation and precision, as well as good quality in performing tasks
• Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure
• Availability to work with irregular hours days, evenings and nights, including weekends and public holidays.
• Easiness with MS Office and Office Tools
• A mastery of French (oral and written) and good knowledge in English
