The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital with over 2,000 collaborators. Rennaz Hospital has over 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics and two medical clinics. All employees invest on a daily basis to provide quality care for patients, embodying the institution's values of authenticity, exemplaryness and innovation.

The operating unit is a multidisciplinary technical platform with 10 elective operating rooms. They are divided into two clusters of activities and intended to accommodate adult and paediatric patients who will benefit from a surgical procedure programmed in one of our specialties (Orthopedics, Traumatology, Neurosurgery, ORL,Maxillofascial,Visceral, Gynaecology, Obstetrics,Urology,Vascular, Robotics). Two additional rooms are dedicated to the care of emergencies 24 hours a day.

We are looking for

ATSSO or operating room aid M/F at 80%-100%

The main tasks of this post are

• Assist the instrumentalist.
• Participate in the maintenance of patient environment and care equipment.
• Participate in patient installation.
• Handle medical devices and ensure their proper functioning.
• Develop and maintain its knowledge so that it can adapt to any novelty.
• As a member of the health care team, contribute to the proper functioning of the service.
• Participate in improving the quality and safety of care.

We ask

• To benefit from the diploma of ATSSO or a caregiver is an asset.
• A multidisciplinary operating block experiment.
• A mastery of MS Office computer tools and business.
• An organizational capacity in his work, know how to manage and process equipment and ensure hygiene and safety rules
• Ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team
• Rapid adaptability and rigour in the application of existing procedures
• Physical condition adapted to the position
