Role overview

Employee: in communication & event organization in the project team Medicine (m/f/d) 70%, Zurich, perpetual Printed Printing ETH Zurich has been conducting the bachelor’s degree program in human medicine since the autumn semester 2017.

This is developed in close cooperation with the university partners for the further master education (University of Basel, University of Zurich and Università della Svizzera italiana).

To strengthen the project team at the earliest possible time, we are looking for a:n employee:in communication & event organization (juniorlevel).

Job description The office covers the varied areas of communication and events in the medical project team, affiliated and in close cooperation with the communications office of the Department of Health Sciences and Technology (D-HEST).

The focus is on the online communication channels and includes text work, the establishment and expansion of the social media presence as well as the support and maintenance of the various websites relating to medical topics at ETH Zurich.

Support in the design and design of digital media, graphics and video material is also part of your exciting task area.

In close consultation with the entire team, you also help with event planning and implementation.

This applies not only to events relating to the degree program in human medicine, but also to other events with a medical relevance: From the graduation ceremony of our bachelor students, through specialist conferences to panel discussions and workshops for lecturers, our activities in the field of live communication are very broad.

You can expect a very varied field of activity in which you work closely with various internal and external stakeholders.

September 2026 or by agreement with a 70% fee.
