The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital, which brings together more than 2,500 collaborators. Rennaz Hospital has over 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics and two medical clinics. All employees invest on a daily basis to provide quality care to patients, embodying the values of the institution: authenticity, exemplaryness and innovation.
To complete the team of our medical services, in Monthey and Vevey, open 7 days a week, from 9 am to 7 pm, we put in the competition a position of:
Assistant physician M/F at 60%-100%
Within our permanent offices dedicated to the management of the situations of degrees 3 and 4, you will work alongside a team of nurses and medical assistants. On site, a conventional radiology of the latest generation, an ultrasound device, and a medical analysis laboratory will allow you to take initial care of patients in the best conditions. In case of need for additional specialized examinations, the permanences are a unit of the Hospital Riviera-Chablais, which offers the latest medical technologies.
The main tasks of this post are
- Care for adult patients and sometimes, from 4 years of age, without appointment
- Participate in the management and development of medical facilities
- To supervise medical staff (assistant doctors and head of clinic) of medical clinics and provide training (ISFM level B recognition)
We ask
- A federal doctor's degree or diploma awarded by an EU Member State and recognised by the Federal Office of Public Health
- An ISFM General Internal Medicine and/or Emergency Medicine AFC or equivalent recognized training (MEBEKO)
- A wide experience is needed, especially in general ambulatory medicine, ideally in practice or in a medical clinic
- An experience in a surgical discipline of at least 1 year is desired and an experience in paediatrics would be an asset
