Mission

The Community Health and Care Assistants (CSS) and the Caregivers of the Hospital Unit for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry are responsible for providing the care required for each patient in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Profile sought

• A person ideally holding an SWC in community health care (or equivalent title), preferably with experience in psychiatry of the child and adolescent. - Moreover, having the ability to be at the service of the patient, his colleagues and institution is important to work as a CHO and Caregiver on the Mistral team. - We are also looking for someone who has week and weekend availability.

• Finally we want to hire a person motivated by the mission of this unit and loving the work as an interdisciplinary team.

What we offer

The psychiatry and psychotherapy service for the child and adolescent is one of three services of the Nant Foundation. Its mission is to provide care for children and adolescents in the Vaudois East sector. The hospital unit of this service, Mistral, is to provide urgent hospitalizations for children and young adolescents in crisis situations. To be a CSSA or a caregiver in this service is to be at the service of children and adolescents in an interdisciplinary team.
