The Hospital complex of the Coast is a care network that goes from birth to old age. This network includes acute care and rehabilitation facilities, a private clinic, SMEs, medical centres and medical centres in the region of La Côte, as well as the 1st school of clinical hypnosis dedicated to the care community in French-speaking Switzerland.

To come back to our medical, political, and medical centers, we are looking for a:

Medical assistant (M/F) multisite 80% - 100%

CDI, hourly remuneration, entry into service as soon as possible

YOU MAY

• A medical assistant CFC or equivalent.
• Competencies in blood sampling, laboratory analysis, and extended radiology
• A strong interest in administrative tasks
• Flexibility and versatility in order to provide doctors with quality support in carrying out routine and exceptional activities.
• A strong sense of responsibility.
• Recognized skills in the use of computer tools and excellent spelling.
• A strong team spirit, autonomy and the desire to evolve in an environment conducive to collegiality.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Provide patient care and guidance.
• Ensure a patient experience of excellence on a daily basis.
• Manage hotline and message take.
• Provide care, provide clinical patient monitoring and assist physicians in specific interventional and non-interventional care
• To monitor all day-to-day administrative tasks involved in the proper functioning of the centre, such as managing emails and planning.
• To guarantee the preparation, monitoring and archiving of patients' physical medical records
• Transmit information and test results to physicians in a timely manner.
