The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital with over 2,000 collaborators. Rennaz Hospital has over 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics and two medical clinics. To complete the Surgery team at the Rennaz site, we are looking for a:

Community Health Care Assistant (CHS) 60% M/F

The main tasks of this post are

• Organize, execute, monitor and document medical and technical services delegated by the nurse and authorized by the ASSC status, in stable situations of no emergency character
• Collaborate in the smooth operation of the service
• Promote the interdisciplinary approach to care and team work specific to the mission of the service
• Promote, by delegation, the patient's involvement in his or her care project and that of his or her relatives

• A Community Health and Care Assistant
• A person motivated to take care of seniors according to the good practices of Geriatrics and Rehabilitation
• A rigorous, organized and dynamic person with excellent communication skills
• An interest in working as an interdisciplinary team
• Adaptation to change and involvement in the service project
• A mastery of the French language and computer tools specific to the hospital field
