The Pharmacie des Hôpitaux de l'Est Lémanique (PHEL) is responsible for the supply of medicines and pharmaceutical assistance to hospitals, as well as for various medical facilities in the East of Germany (including the Hospital Riviera-Chablais, Vaud-Valais).

To complete our team, we are looking for a

Pharmacy Assistant M/F 100%

The main tasks of this post are

· Preparation, distribution and billing of drugs and equipment ordered by the services: Rennaz site, external sites: Nant Foundation, Lavaux Hospital and Rive-Neuve Foundation, using Opale software · Validation of internal prescriptions in pharmacist delegation · Management and monitoring of care unit stock · Supply of secure computer cabinets in care units (Rennaz site) · Drug orders at PHEL (external sites) · Management and monitoring of pharmacy stock (external sites)

We ask · A pharmacy assistant CFC or equivalent, as well as a valid driving licence (private vehicle required) · A dynamic and motivated personality who loves responsibility, autonomous and versatile · Flexibility in relation to hours, workplaces and activities · Basic knowledge of Word and Excel computer tools; knowledge of Opale software would be an asset · A hospital experience would be an additional asset
