The word of your future leader, Fabien
"In the heart of the vineyards and overlooking the lake, the Foyer de Mottex welcomes a population with varied routes, carrying multiple needs and different realities of life. In this exceptional setting, I propose a working environment that is both demanding, stimulating and deeply human.
I am convinced that the quality of the accompaniment depends on the strength of the collective. That is why I prefer a multidisciplinary team, based on solidarity, respect for each other's roles and close collaboration in the service of the beneficiaries. Each professional plays an essential role and contributes fully to a meaningful common project.
Beyond individual accompaniment, I pay particular attention to the life of the home. The facilitation and development of initiatives promoting social bonding, participation and living together are an integral part of my approach.
