We are nationally recognized for the treatment of prostate, kidney and bladder cancer.
Endoscopic and laparoscopic robot-assisted procedures are a focus of our clinical work, as is the diagnosis and treatment of urinary incontinence in men and women.

Main responsibilities
- Would you like to actively support us in our everyday hospital life for 1 to 4 months, take part in rounds and reports, assist in operations and take on your own tasks in the emergency room?
- You will also learn the assessment and treatment of urological patients and various manual skills that are important for everyday life
- During the deployment you will learn urological clinical assessment, look after patients pre- and postoperatively and will be assigned to the outpatient clinic, the bed ward and the operating room
- Learn how to handle and insert various urological catheters
- Introduction to urological ultrasound examination is possible Profile: Enrolled student in human medicine
- Level: Im Elective study year (CH) or in the practical year or student at the time of the internship in the 4th year of study or 2nd clinical year of study
- 4 month internship duration
