What awaits you • You support the store manager in the day-to-day management and organization of the branch • You offer competent, customer-oriented advice and help choose gifts from our wide assortment of products • You ensure an attractive presentation of our extensive range of confectionery and chocolates, including through creative store decoration • You guarantee impeccable quality and rigorously apply our high standards • You are an important contact for the team as well as for the customers • You contribute to the optimization of work processes and ensure that the store operates efficiently and profitably What you bring • You have proven management experience in the chocolate or high-end food sector (as store manager or senior assistant) This is a field position, in direct contact with customers and sales teams – it is not an administrative position • You like to adopt a hands-on approach and you have a affinity for technology • You are motivated by process optimization and you have an entrepreneurial spirit • You demonstrate exceptional awareness of quality and hygiene • You speak English fluently or at a professional level; proficiency in a second foreign language is welcome • You are flexible in terms of hours and available from Monday to Saturday • You
