Missions
Assist the director of DAGRI in the management, implementation, and evaluation of the cantonal and federal agricultural policy in the canton of Vaud.
Propose framework conditions to support the agricultural and food sector towards greater robustness and autonomy in a fluctuating environment.

- Additional training in project management and team leadership.
- Proven experience of at least five years in a managerial position in the agricultural, agri-food, or public administration sector. Proficiency in German;
- English is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of the agricultural and food system, systemic vision, and strong sense of planning and meeting deadlines.
- Proven managerial skills: leadership, decision-making, analytical and synthesis capabilities, delegation, and stress management.
