To complement our team within the gynaecology and obstetrics department, on the Rannaz site, we are looking for a.e.: Medical assistant H/F 80% The main tasks of this post are

• Plan appointments in the electronic calendar
• Provide regular administrative follow-up: open, sort and distribute mail, process emails, answer the phone
• Ensure the proper administrative maintenance of medical records and the monitoring of billing
• Assistance with consultation: preparation of consultation and technical gestures
• Contribute to work
• A medical assistant CFC, DFMS or equivalent title
• A confirmed experience in a hospital or medical office
• A perfect mastery of the French, oral and written language, as well as excellent computer skills
• A sense of responsibility, organization and planning
• A motivated, rigorous person,
