- Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): as a retail specialist Commercial acumen and customer orientation
- Leadership, inspiration and ability to unite by engaging employees around common objectives
- Active listening, constructive feedback and culture of collaboration.
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment (digital)
