Your environment and your mission You join a committed team working at both the Temporary Reception Centre (CAT) and the Pavilion EMS. In collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams, we provide personalized and attentive support to beneficiaries and residents in order to ensure a life project adapted to each individual. The CAT welcomes 14 beneficiaries in a secure, warm and caring environment, with support adapted to the needs of each. The Pavilion, composed of 17 rooms, accompanies 32 residents in accordance with their own rhythm and needs, offering daily care as well as varied activities for their well-being and development. As a socio-educational assistant, you will participate actively in the development and implementation of the life projects of the accompanied persons. In collaboration with caregivers and family members, you will contribute to their independence, quality of life and well-being on a daily basis. Main missions As an ESA, your main missions will include:

• Encourage and develop activities tailored to the needs of participants.
• Encourage accompanying persons to participate in social and cultural life
• Design and implement animations
• Provide distribution and accompaniment to residents during meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack), in a friendly and attentive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• To act, in keeping in mind, the principle of the promotion of autonomy and the power of decision-making and independence of everyone
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for all residents Your profile
• Holder of an ESA CFC or deemed equivalent
• Manual and automatic driving licence (car)
• Demonstrated skills in group and individual animation
• An ability to communicate effectively and build trust with various stakeholders.
