Your key missions

• You are in charge of administrative monitoring and social interviews.
• You set up a custom action plan.
• You support beneficiaries in social, professional and administrative integration.
• You coordinate with internal and external partners.
• You ensure that the rules of the home are respected.

Your profile

• You have Bachelor HES in Social Work (recognition SEFRI if foreign diploma).
• Minimum. 3 years of experience in a similar function.
• You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurance.
• You have an excellent Frenchman (oral and written); Mastering English or other languages is an asset
• You have a strong interest in migration.
