MAIN TASKS
Within an oncology and surgery department, your tasks will be:
- Support telephone calls; act as an interface for the entire service
- Managing the agenda of three doctors
- Preparation of medical records for consultations and billing
- To welcome patients upon arrival on the first floor, to present the service, the contact persons, as well as the health care
- Welcoming and responding to physician and visitor requests
- Perform technical gestures (patient entry, blood test, injection, etc.)
- Manage mail
- Manage Service Orders (Papetry and Pharmacy)
- Participation in maintaining a clean working environment
YOUR PROFILE
- Medical assistant CFC with confirmed experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Mediway
- Experience in near patient care an asset
- Excellent mastery of MS Office IT tools
- Customer orientation, sense of service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Supporting teamwork and a high sense of responsibility
- Autonomous, capable of performing multiple tasks at once and good stress management in a dynamic environment
