- Lead the team with empathy, respect and patience
- Communicate openly and manage conflicts constructively
- Define strategic priorities and coordinate day-to-day operations
- Coach and support of Shift Leaders and Crews for optimal performance
- Ensuring food safety, quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Use management tools for planning, cashing, ordering and inventory
- Analyze KPIs and support restaurant development initiatives
- Participate in recruitment, integration, training and staff engagement

- Required
- Experience in team management or valued restoration
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Analytic, organized and comfortable spirit with technology
- Proactive, solutions oriented and eager to learn
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to work under pressure
- Good command of the local language (oral and written)
