About the offer The Lavaux Hospital is a private foundation recognized in the public interest, a member of the Vaudian Hospital Federation. Located in Cully (Bourg-en-Lavaux), in the heart of the vineyards and close to public transport, school and Lavaux day care. An expansion project is planned for 2027, with services being moved to new premises currently under construction at the hospital site. Within our various care services, you join committed multidisciplinary teams who accompany patients with professionalism and benevolence, ensuring comprehensive, personalized and tailored care. Mission

• Support patients in a responsible, professional and independent way in the activities of daily life.
• Care for four self-sustaining patients and collaborate in pairs with the nurse responsible for the area.
• Provide the necessary care in accordance with established care planning, taking into account the habits, age, culture and specific needs of each individual.
• Dispensing, on delegation, medical technical acts authorized in stable situations not of an emergency character.
• Observe the evolution of patient/resident status, recognize changes and communicate them to the medical team.
• Document the care in the computerized patient file and perform the administrative and logistical tasks related to the activity.
• Work with relatives, colleagues and the entire interdisciplinary team to ensure quality management.

Profile sought Technical expertise

• SWC (Community Care and Health Assistant) or equivalent title recognized by the SRC.
• Experience with the elderly or in care settings is an asset.
• Mastery of basic care, delegated medical procedures and hygiene and safety rules.
• Use of common computer tools and computerised patient record (PID).
• Excellent mastery of French, both oral and written.
• Availability to work in day and night hours.
