Your tasks

• Overall host care and care in the spirit of our care model and the care process
• Care as a reference person
• Responsibility and control of the assigned host care process, including classification of RAI/BESA/PLAISER care needs
• Collaborate with external stakeholders (physio, doctor...)
• Planning and accompanying medical visits
• Participation in care reports and transmission of important observations
• Support for body care, movements and other daily activities Organization and proposal of daily activities for our guests with creative occupations, walks, etc.
• Writing care notes in our CareCoach care documentation system (possible for mobility with the CareCoach smartphone)
• Daily responsibility with coordination of the daily team
• Case Discussion and Nursing Reporting Management
• Task-carrying as a theme holder in a specialized theme and therefore participation in the group-wide quality care network

Your profile

• Training of a graduate nurse completed or equivalent training recognized by the CRS / Training of an assistant in Community Health and Care CFC completed
• Professional experience in the care of several years is an asset
• RAI/BESA/PLAISIR knowledge desired or willingness to take these courses (paid)
• Organised, calm, rigorous, committed and motivated
• A warm and humorous attitude
• Pleasure meeting various challenges
• French mother tongue or common practice
