ASSC in the field of neurology in 12:00, 80% Deployed at several sites, the Lavigny Institution consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations on two sites, a housing department for adults with disabilities, intellectual or physical disabilities, a specialised school and a workshop and vocational training sector. For the department of Plein Soleil on the Lausanne site, welcoming 68 people in accommodation living with an acquired neurological disease, we are looking for:

ASSC in the field of neurology in 12h00

Working on the basis of disciplinary and/or interdisciplinary objectives, the ASSC creates a partnership relationship with the resident and her relatives. It intervenes in all acts of daily life by accompanying, supporting the resident with the aim of promoting her autonomy and promoting her health.

Main tasks

• Care for the person received, respecting the values of the Institution and referring to the concept of accompaniment;
• Support or supplement the person received, depending on his or her autonomy, in the activities of daily life, meet his or her care needs and accompany him or her in the different situations of his or her life path;
• To contribute to the implementation of projects for the personal support of people welcomed in the context of interdisciplinary work;
• Collaborate in the organisation of work, the integration of new professionals and the development of care in the residence;
• Work closely with the nursing team in the care of residents and provide medical technical care under supervision;
• To carry out administrative and logistical work inherent in the care of residents.
