- Vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe et de fiabilité et êtes disposé·e à travailler par équipe (sur 24 heures).
- Vous pensez de manière structurée et en réseau, et savez réagir rapidement et de manière réfléchie dans les situations stressantes. L'affinité pour la technique compte parmi les compétences développées dans le cadre de la formation.
- Vous avez terminé avec succès un apprentissage d'au moins trois ans ou obtenu une maturité. Votre motivation nous importe plus que la branche d'où vous venez.
- Vous maîtrisez la langue française avec assurance (niveau C2) et disposez idéalement de connaissances de niveau A1 en allemand. Par ailleurs, votre vision des couleurs est parfaite (ni protanomalie ni deutéranomalie).
- Lors du processus de candidature, nous vous demanderons un extrait de casier judiciaire ainsi que du registre des poursuites et faillites actuel (datant de moins de trois mois). Ce document pourra être commandé au moment de la convocation à un entretien personnel.

- As a train traffic manager, you monitor the railway network assigned to you while ensuring the regulation and control of trains from your workstation equipped with approximately eight screens.
- In normal operation, you observe traffic, manage operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- In the event of a fault, you are responsible for operational management: as such, you analyze the situation and introduce the necessary measures to resolve the fault and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
- You thus play a determining role for mobility in Switzerland.
- Without you, the network remains at a standstill.
- The impact of your work, essential to the proper functioning of the system, is immediate: you ensure the coordination of people and technology and make rapid decisions, thanks to which you directly contribute to the safety and reliability of rail traffic.
