- Preparation, delivery and supervision of Asian cooking classes: Vietnamese and Korean
- Practice-oriented teaching according to the principles of adult training

Main responsibilities
- Preparation, delivery and supervision of Asian cooking classes: Vietnamese and Korean
- Practice-oriented teaching according to the principles of adult training
- Design of the courses taking into account the prior knowledge of each participant
- Regular exchanges with the administration of the Club School
- Active participation in continuing training Required
- Confirmed experience in adult training: in the field concerned or in a comparable function
- Completed initial or continuing training: CFC as a chef or title considered equivalent as well as experience in Vietnamese and Korean cuisine Neat, friendly and outgoing appearance
- Independent, flexible and reliable personality
- Transmission of knowledge in a diversified, targeted and participant-oriented manner, while arousing enthusiasm
- Pleasure in teaching to an audience of adults, in small and medium-sized groups
