The Directorate of Architecture and Buildings (DAB) is responsible for the planning, programming, development, construction and maintenance of all buildings in Vaud State. In an enriching and dynamic environment, in your capacity as architect project manager representing the master of the work, you contribute to the realization of exciting and emblematic projects in the canton of Vaud.

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of projects according to the guidelines of the Directorate General for Buildings and Heritage and/or the Council of State
• Organize, manage and lead projects mandated to third parties by ensuring quality, cost and timeliness
• Lead mandate planning and programming and manage constructive operations
• Conduct projects in close collaboration with user services
• Conduct preliminary studies, manage agents and chair meetings

• Holder of an EPF or HES Master in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent title
• Professional experience of at least 10 years in project management
• Excellent knowledge in project management, economics and spatial planning
• Knowledge of public procurement procedures
• Good editorial skills, excellent organizational and planning capacity
• Autonomy, dynamism, ability to develop positive exchanges within networks of stakeholders and specialists, sense of responsibility and ethics of the public service.
