Location: Lausanne with travel on all EVAM sites in the canton of Vaud

What you bring to our mission

As an electronic and mechanical access control system technician, you ensure the safety and proper operation of the access control facilities at all EVAM sites.

You intervene on new projects as well as on existing installations, piloting technical aspects, coordination of work and maintenance of equipment. With your expertise, you guarantee reliable infrastructure that meets current standards and is tailored to the needs of users.

You operate in a variety of functions, combining terrain, site coordination, troubleshooting and technical management, within an autonomous and solutions-oriented team.

Your key missions

• You are piloting the installation and modernization projects of electronic and mechanical access control systems, from needs analysis to commissioning.
• You ensure the preventive and curative maintenance of the facilities, diagnose failures and respond quickly to ensure their proper functioning and compliance.
• You coordinate the work sites and the various stakeholders, ensuring that deadlines, safety standards and the quality of the achievements are met.
• You manage the technical and administrative aspects of the facilities, including system programming, file tracking, inventory management and cost control.
• You advise and support users as well as internal and external partners, providing your technical expertise and solutions tailored to the needs of the field.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of facilities and procedures, offering technical optimizations and participating in the evolution of EVAM infrastructure.

Your profile

• CFCs in lockmaking, metal construction or a technical trade deemed equivalent.
• Experience of at least 5 years in the field of access control or in a similar function.
• Experience in team coordination, work management or project monitoring.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical diagrams.
• Driver's licence required.
