A strong and forward-looking employer, Vaudoise is one of the leading insurers in Switzerland. Active in vocational training, it promotes the development of young talent, with every year more than 120 learners trained in our departments. For the Performance & Talent team in our Human Resources department, we are looking for an 80-100% intern for a straight start until July 31, 2027. Within this team, you provide decisive operational support for the cultural transformation and development of the company's talents. The missions that await you:

• Actively contribute to the deployment of the Vaudoise Performance, Talent, Culture & Leadership 2026-2027 strategy, ensuring the fluidity of events, the monitoring of actions and costs, and the support of project leaders
• Participate in the cultural evolution of the Vaudoise by supporting initiatives that mobilize the teams towards more agility and collective performance
• Assist in the preparation of communication materials and training materials (slides, FAQs, internal news...)
• Collaborate in the preparation and facilitation of workshops (establishment, support for facilitators, gathering of participating feedback)
• Assist in updating and disseminating reference materials (culture, leadership, managerial skills) and associated materials
• Participate in data collection, consolidation and analysis (culture surveys, program feedback, event participation)
• Contribute to the life of internal communities (managers, cultural ambassadors, mentors, etc.) through the organization of meetings and the dissemination of good practices
• Provide general administrative support to projects (monitoring, coordination, file updating, preparation of synthesis documents) Your profile:
• You are currently studying in a field closely related to Human Resources, Management, Communication or Social Sciences (Bachelor/Master)
• You are organized, comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel and collaborative tools
• You have a strong interest in corporate culture and leadership
• You are creative/tive and have good mastery of Microsoft 365 tools
• You have excellent oral and editorial skills in French and ideally German
