The cooperative ZFV-Unternehmungen (ZFV) creates, in collaboration with its partners, inspiring meeting places that are enthusiastic about their hospitality and authentic experiences. Founded in 1894 by visionary Zuricho bourgeois women, the ZFV still attaches particular importance to innovation and sustainability. Restaurant of the RTS Ecublens, managed by ZFV from January 2026, will be open five days a week from 7:30am to 4:30pm. The property has 200 seating positions in the restaurant, serves approximately 180 meals a day and consists of a team of 4 people.
