Why do we need you?

In order to ensure the smooth running of our operations, we are seeking assistance in the management of the equipment of the operating unit. At the heart of a demanding and collaborative environment, you will contribute to the availability, traceability and compliance of the equipment essential to the safety of the interventions and the quality of the care of our patients.

What will you do?

• Prepare and verify equipment, instruments, implants and medical devices according to the operating program
• Check the conformity of deliveries by ensuring the traceability of equipment according to current procedures and store sterilized material
• Check the availability of instruments, implants, and loan medical devices required for daily operating program operations (flows entering and leaving medical devices)
• Collaborate in the organization of the material flow and contribute to the optimization of equipment circuits and inventory management
• Apply hygiene, safety and risk prevention rules
• Participate in inventory management and inventories in collaboration with partner services

Who are you going to work with?

The Materiel Management Unit (MMU) consists of a team of 4 dynamic and committed professionals. Reactive and oriented towards finding solutions, it works on a daily basis to ensure the efficient management of equipment, medical devices and consumables necessary for the smooth operation of the operating unit.

In this position, you will be supervised by Michela Cappelli, Head of UGM. Available, caring and respectful, it strongly encourages collaboration and mutual assistance. It ensures that it provides a working environment conducive to the development of the teams while placing its action in an approach of continuous improvement and optimization of practices.

• Experience in an operating unit, sterilization service or hospital environment
• Knowledge of Opale software
• Knowledge of medical devices, implants or surgical instruments
• Mastering the principles of traceability, hygiene and stock management
• Excellent adaptability and learning skills
• Spirit of continuous improvement and interest in optimising logistics processes
