- As part of the restructuring of the emergency department, we are looking for a Chief Nurse of the Adult Emergency Service, who will actively contribute to the development and implementation of the new organization of the service. Description of the post: In your new duties, you will be led to:
- Ensure the quality, safety and continuity of care, as well as the quality of patient reception and care within the service.
- Participate in the definition and implementation of the service's strategy, in close collaboration with the co-lead physicians responsible for the service, within the framework of medical-care governance.
- Initiate, pilot and support service projects, promoting continuous improvement of practices and contributing to the development of quality and performance of services.
- In collaboration with the clinical respondent, mentor and support the care team, ensuring skills development, team cohesion and organizational quality.
- You will also participate together in the recruitment process.
- To develop effective collaboration and a culture of interdisciplinarity with the various services and partners of the institution, in order to promote the fluidity of the routes and the quality of the care.
- Ensure rigorous and accountable management of resources, including staff, training and procurement budgets, consistent with institutional objectives.
- Define, share and implement a clear vision of the service, mobilising teams around common objectives and monitoring the actions needed to achieve them.
