• What you bring to our mission In collaboration with the interdisciplinary teams of the structure, you actively participate in the accompaniment and supervision of the beneficiaries, in particular in the learning and monitoring of their budget and administrative procedures, through regular workshops. • Monitoring and distribution of assistance and monitoring of accounts
• Supporting young people in managing their budget and administrative procedures for self-reliance
• Organize monthly interviews and regularly evaluate budget management (procurement, justification)
• Support the administrative and financial management of the structure (budget, billing, situation monitoring)
• Plan educational team schedules and manage staff replacements
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary work, structure life and collaboration with internal/external partners, including in complex situations management ##
• Your profile
• SWC business employee with professional experience of at least 2 years in a relevant field
• Experience in social work and accompanying beneficiaries
• Interdisciplinary teamwork
• Good command of office automation tools and knowledge in social insurance
• Driver's licence and blank criminal record
• Team spirit, flexibility and strong interest in migration and adolescent audience ## What EVAM proposes
