Main responsibilities
- Collaboration in the Daily Business of the Securities Administration
- Responsible for the daily coordination with our custodian banks and active clarification of differences
- Main contact for our (internal) customers regarding all aspects of securities administration and transaction booking
- Ensure correct booking of back office transactions, corporate actions, derivatives, repos etc. Instruct and record cash transactions
- Is jointly responsible for the correct and timely preparation of the financial statements (month, half and end of the year)
- Additional back-up function in the Fund Administration for the funds of the Baloise Investment Foundation for Personnel Provision and other associated funds with daily calculation and publication of NAV's, booking of share transactions including payment to customers, calculation of fees and management fees
- Helping to implement statutory and legal requirements in daily business Requirements
- Commercial education (preferably bank/financial service provider) and/or business university degree
- Experience from back and middle office in finance, ideally custody and settlement
- Experience as a Fund Accountant/Administrator
