- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices;

Main responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate approvals of invoices in accordance with the company policy;
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices;
- Ensure the reconciliation of AP related accounts and resolve any discrepancies that may arise;
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve promptly invoice-related issues;
- Processing employees corporate credit card operations (reconciliation with supporting document and posting of entries);
- Assist with monitoring and analyse of overhead expenditures ;
- Support month-end closing activities and reconciliation processes;
- Participation in ad-hoc reporting tasks as required;
- Maintain accurate process documentation, procedures, and control evidence as per internal policies;
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the team’s apprentices
