You are responsible for criminal proceedings arising from the general criminal law (StGB) and ancillary criminal law (in particular AIG, BetmG, SVG and WG) – from the case to the conclusion of the proceedings, where a fine is likely to be considered as a fine, a fine or a prison sentence of no more than six months.
