About the offer The Lavaux Hospital is a private foundation recognized in the public interest, a member of the Vaudian Hospital Federation. Located in Cully (Bourg-en-Lavaux), in the heart of the vineyards and close to public transport, school and Lavaux day care. An expansion project is planned for 2027, with services being moved to new premises currently under construction at the hospital site. Within our rehabilitation department, our multidisciplinary team provides professional and benevolent support to patients in order to promote their recovery, independence and quality of life through comprehensive and personalized care tailored to the needs of each patient. Since 2024, we have also welcomed patients in acute geriatrics. To strengthen this team, we seek to: Nurse at 80% – 100% Mission

• Ensure quality nursing care for patients in accordance with their needs and rehabilitation objectives.
• Care for a group of patients, in pairs with an ASSC or an auxiliary, by providing technical care, prescribed treatment and clinical follow-up.
• Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of individualized care projects.
• Accompany patients throughout their stay, including during admissions, transfers and outings.
• Work closely with all professionals involved in management to promote functional recovery, independence and quality of life for patients.
• Actively participate in the supervision of students, trainees and new collaborators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service practices and to quality and safety of care. Profile sought Technical expertise
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent recognized in Switzerland.
• Mastery of technical nursing and ability to handle complex clinical situations.
• Use of common computer tools (SEARIAN mastery, an asset).
• Professional experience in rehabilitation, acute geriatrics or hospital settings, a serious asset.
• Holder of an CAS of Trainer Practitioner (PF) or an EEF certification, an asset. Human skills
• Interest in the management of patients in rehabilitation and acute geriatrics.
• Excellent relationship, listening and communication skills with patients, their loved ones and teams.
• Ability to work independently, critically and responsibly.
• Ability to understand the patient's overall situation and to actively contribute to interprofessional work.
