About the offer The Lavaux Hospital is a private foundation recognized in the public interest, a member of the Vaudian Hospital Federation. Located in Cully (Bourg-en-Lavaux), in the heart of the vineyards and close to public transport, school and Lavaux day care. An expansion project is planned for 2027, with services being moved to new premises currently under construction at the hospital site. Within our EMS The Pavilion, we accompany the residents with professionalism, benevolence and respect for their dignity. Our multidisciplinary team works daily to provide personalized support that promotes the quality of life, autonomy and well-being of everyone.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for

80% Health Auxiliary – 100% Mission

• Provide basic care and contribute to the comfort and well-being of residents, respecting their needs, lifestyles and autonomy.
• Support residents in daily activities, including hygiene, dressing, food and travel.
• Promote the maintenance of independence and capacity of residents, taking into account their pace and habits.
• Observe the general state of residents and provide relevant information to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with all professionals involved in assisting residents and contribute to continuity and quality of care.
• To contribute to a secure and suitable environment, as well as to respect for hygiene and safety procedures and rules.

Profile sought Technical expertise

• CRS health certificate or equivalent certificate recognized in Switzerland.
• Professional experience in geriatrics, psychogeriatry or EMS is an asset.
• Use of common computer tools (carefolio master, an asset).

Human skills

• Interest in the care of residents in their place of life.
• Excellent relationship, listening and communication skills with residents, their loved ones and teams.
• Ability to work independently, critically and responsibly.
• Ability to understand the situation of the resident as a whole and to contribute actively to interprofessional work.
