Main responsibilities
- You develop and develop your assortment by analyzing market trends, customer expectations and growth opportunities in order to offer an attractive, relevant and efficient offer.
- You pilot the launch of new products from A to Z.
- You coordinate the different actors, follow the key steps and ensure that the deadlines, quality and defined objectives are respected.
- You build relationships of trust with suppliers.
- You participate in negotiations, select new partners and help ensure a competitive and qualitative offer.
- You ensure product availability by working closely with logistics teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and reliable supply.
- You analyze the performance of your portfolio through sales data.
- You take the levers of improvement and put in place concrete actions to strengthen the results.
- You collaborate with many interlocutors in French and German Switzerland.
- You share useful information, coordinate projects and move the files forward with autonomy.
