- Every day, you play a key role in the proper functioning of our central kitchen.
- You pilot the automated washing line by ensuring its start, monitoring and shutdown.
- You control the quality of cleaning, detect anomalies and guarantee smooth operation throughout the day.
Main responsibilities
- You pilot the automated washing line by ensuring its start, monitoring and shutdown.
- You control the quality of cleaning, detect anomalies and guarantee smooth operation throughout the day.
- You arrange the order to wash the boxes according to the needs of the central kitchen.
- You adjust priorities, anticipate the volumes to be processed and ensure a continuous flow to avoid any supply disruption.
- You feed the line and evacuate the clean pallets using handling equipment.
- You coordinate movements with storekeepers and storekeepers to maintain a steady and secure pace.
- You check the condition of the boxes after washing and immediately isolate those with a defect.
- You ensure that only containers that meet quality requirements are released.
- You perform the daily controls of the installation and perform the first level maintenance.
- You check the levels, filters and cleaning products to ensure optimal machine performance.
