Our multi-purpose medical center with modern facilities is located at Lausanne train station. Some 35 employees practicing in general internal medicine, endocrinology, diabetology, osteology, gynecology and obstetrics, ENT, orthopedic surgery and traumatology as well as physiotherapy and nutritional advice provide interprofessional care for our patients, always oriented towards quality. Medbase Lausanne Gare favors a good balance between professional and private life. It is possible to work part-time in all functions and the working schedule can be arranged flexibly. For doctors, collaboration is possible under employee or independent status, to be agreed during the interview.

• Welcoming patients
• Management of the telephone exchange

• Processing of medical reports (formatting, sending, filing)
• Administrative management of patient files

Your profile

• Medical secretary diploma (or training deemed equivalent)
• Experience in the medical environment
• Knowledge of Axenita software an asset
• Very good command of French (oral and written)
• Sense of responsibility, rigor, autonomy
• Good organization and management of priorities
• Team spirit, ease in collaboration and communication
• Dynamic and flexible
